Abstract

The main purpose of the study is toprovide a theoretical insight on the relationship among the corporate entrepreneurship, organizational culture and performance of UAE based international SMEs. The study has broached an argument that the corporate entrepreneurship has significant impact on the SME performance. Meanwhile, the study has argued that the organizational culture moderates the relationship between the corporate entrepreneurship and SME performance of UAE based international SMEs. The contribution of the study are two folds, firstly the study argues corporate entrepreneurship as an antecedent of SME performance, secondly the study has argued organizational culture as a moderator. The study is among the pioneer study on the issues related corporate entrepreneurship, organisational culture and SME performance of UAE based international SMEs.
