Good Governance Principles Affecting to the Administrative Strategic of Schools’Administrator, Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

Abstract

This proposal research were to study 1) the good governance principles , 2) the administrative strategic of schools’ administrator, and 3) the good governance principles that affecting to the Administrative strategic of schools’ administrator, Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The research sample size in this investigation were selected from 97 schools by stratified randomization as 485 school personals which had been the questionnaire respondents. The research questionnaire instrument were constructed by researcher – self got 0.98 reliability alpha – coefficient of Cronbach. The information analyzing statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and multiple regression normal analysis. for hypothesis test.


                The finding research found that ;


                1) the good governance principles in totally finding got high level, when considered to each aspect found that the every issue got high level, also, which could arrange in order from greatest to least found that the firstly was the morality principles , the secondly was the rule of law principles , and the lastly was the transparency principles.


                2) the administrative strategic of schools’ administrator in totally finding got high level, when considered to each aspect found that the every issue got high level, also, which could arrange in order from greatest to least found that the firstly was the strategic determination, the secondly was the strategic planning, and the lastly was the strategic implementation.


                3) the good governance principles could affect to the Administrative strategic of schools’ administrator, Nakhonpathom Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 as .01 statistic prediction significantly which could write down to the administrative strategic of schools’ administrator as following; Standardization information equation
