Abstract

The researcher dealt with the subject of Contractual liability about the act of others in
the finance lease contract. It was discussed about the most important conditions that
must be met in order for Contractual liability to abstain from the actions of others in the
first requirement of the research. Then to talk about the most important forms of
contractual liability on the act of others in the finance lease contracton the part of the
lessor or the lessee, in accordance with what was stated in the finance lease law in the
second requirement of this research. Contractual liability and the extent to which it
includes contractual liability for the act of others, and the extent to which the principle
of relativity of the effect of the contract conflicts with Contractual liability over the act
of others in the finance lease contract. The researcher followed the descriptive analytical
approach to answer the problem posed in the research by describing the problem under
study and analyzing the legal texts regulating the subject using jurisprudence opinions
and jurisprudence of the courts.
