Abstract
This study aims to uncover organizational commitment and its implications on occupational pressures. Starting from the following main question: What are the reflections of organizational commitment on occupational pressures? Through this, the goals of the institution are achieved, thereby fulfilling its objectives and meeting its needs. From this, we conclude that commitment does not negatively impact occupational pressures. Organizational commitment not only does not exacerbate these pressures but contributes to helping individuals stabilize within the organization and achieve their goals.
