Abstract

It should be noted  that in ancient Maghreb there was a commercial relation ship between the Gramentes currently in the Fazan  region, the Phoenicians, the Greeks and even the Romans caravans loaded with goods and slaves travelling from Germa to Sirte, This refers to the delayed existence of Camel in ancient Maghreb based on Neolithic rock art drawings that high light the pre-Ebelian period with barbaric Libyan inscriptions according to Stephan Gsell and most western historians. But heavenly books and material monuments prove the existence of camel in Egypt's The Age of Family Dynasty, which had relation ships with Libyans generally consisting of trade and sometimes interspersed with regional conflicts. This study attempted to revisit information received from Western historians on the history of the advent of Camel in the ancient Maghreb by presenting and comparing several contradictory hypotheses to arrive at the true history of Camel in the region.
