Abstract

Most organizations strive to provide an environment that will raise the efficiency of the worker to mobilize and stimulate the human energy hidden within him.

The topic sheds light on one of the most important issues that we encounter in the field of organizational sociology, as the occupational pressures that a worker may be exposed to within the organization would play an important role in reducing job satisfaction or making it essentially non-existent, this study came to reveal the relationship that links organizational work pressures with job affiliation.

In this study, we used the descriptive approach because it is the most appropriate for our topic. We also chose the questionnaire as a tool for study and data collection. We relied on a purposive sample - due to the lack of a sounding base - of workers from the Social Security Agency for Wage Workers and the Laghouat Agency. The study concluded that there is a relationship between work pressures and belonging. The presence of many factors, such as the lack of organizational justice, the absence of team spirit, gender differences, and others, increase the employee’s burden and the inability to bear professional pressures. On the other hand, there are several factors that help in performing tasks within the organization. Such as striving to create an organizational atmosphere conducive to outstanding performance, which enhances the employee’s sense of belonging to his organization, in addition to activating training and development programs within the agency, working to equal opportunities in all organizational fields, and improving the organizational and professional sense within the organization.
