Abstract

Through this research paper, we will attempt to provide an analytical reading of one of the most prominent aspects of social behavior within organizations, which is the communication process in the organization, because the success of management in achieving its goals is closely related to the success of communication between individuals.

In our study, we will focus on clarifying the communication process, which includes the conceptual significance, its most important fields and determinants, in addition to addressing the most important theoretical approaches that attempted to explain the communication process in the organization, leading to addressing the most prominent administrative practices that contribute to the production of social behaviors, which reflect the communication process in the organization.
