Abstract
Language - as it was known - is no longer just a collection of sounds through which each people
expresses their purposes, but rather it has become the people's fortress and safe haven to preserve their
identity. Thus, the language has been imbued with intellectual meanings and cultural loads, reflecting the
customs, traditions and customs of societies, through which it has become the cultural identity. One of the
important elements in language learning and acquisition, in addition to the basic teaching skills: listening,
speaking, reading, and writing, in order to achieve communicative competence, which cannot be achieved
well except by achieving cultural linguistic competence, which plays an important role in the process of
understanding the language and is a basic condition for learning it. It is not possible to isolate the learner
from the linguistic environment that is linked to the culture of societies, their customs and traditions, and the
various methods of communication between individuals. Therefore, through this study, we will work to
demonstrate the importance of linguistic culture in teaching and learning languages, and we will focus
largely on educational computer programs that are widely spread. currently.
