Abstract

Our goal through this study is to identify the role of internal communication in theeducational institution and measure the extent of its success in achieving its goals, especiallyacademic achievement, which is the required goal in all educational institutions, where thedescriptive analytical approach was relied upon and the design of a study tool (questionnaire) wasdistributed to an intentional sample of 42 respondents as a sample of students.
