Exploring the Views of Teachers about Role of Restorative Approach at Secondary School Level

Abstract
This study explored the views of teachers about role of restorative approach at secondary school level. A cross-sectional survey research design was used. Three hundred and fifty-ninesecondary school teachers (196 male and 163 female) from twodistricts of Punjab were selected as a sample by using multistage randomsampling technique.Data was collected through a questionnairedevelopped by the researchers. Findings showed that the secondary school, also showed use restorative approachfor maintaining discipline in schools. They also agreed about the effectiveness of restorative approach. Significant differences in views of male and female teachers were found.
