Banking & Finance is a significant contributor to the service sector and it also has its own service loss phenomena. The research carried out on the backgrounds and outcomes that affect the actions of workers specifically suggests a widespread pattern of service delivery failures. In the sense of service provision and shortcomings, work-related behaviors and cumulative operational factors are discussed. The study also explains the role of frontline service personnel and emphasizes the crucial value of service delivery preparation.
