The Constitutional Court as a supervisory and advisory body under the 2020 constitutional amendment

Abstract

The monitoring the constitutional Law Is considered the invincible bulwark of the legal safety of any country.  Not to mention its fundamental character on laying the foundations of the rule of law.  On the one hand, the principle of legality is achieved by upholding the Constitution.  the monitoring of the constitutionality of laws has become very important in most democratic countries.
