Abstract

Domestic violence, or family violence, is a social phenomenon that exists in abundance in all parts of the world, and in the Arab world in particular. The most prominent victim of domestic violence is the woman, and the perpetrator is usually the husband.


Therefore, this research paper aims to study marital violence, specifically the violence of a husband against his wife. We have concluded that the wife in the Arab world is subjected to all forms of violence from her husband for various reasons, the most prominent of which is suspicion.
