Abstract
Art occupied a great place in it and was distinguished by its diversity and sophistication. Muslim artists were creative in exploiting different materials, adapting them to transform them into artistic paintings. Islamic art was famous for being a purely decorative art because It contains various linear, plant and
geometric elements. What adds to its uniqueness is the modification and abstraction of natural elements, one of the most prominent materials. Wood
carving is considered one of the prominent arts in Islamic architecture, especially pulpits inside mosques.
