Abstract

Political stability is a state of relative permanence in the political system of a particular country, where laws and governance systems prevail in a way that
ensures the absence of disturbances and recurring conflicts. There are many necessities that must be provided to ensure and enhance that stability, as well as
factors that could lead to its demise and extinction, which the existing political authorities must work to avoid and prevent. Stability, in this sense, does not come from stagnation and monopolizing power, but rather through establishing a political system that enjoys political legitimacy and adheres to its legality,
genuinely reflecting the values and interests of society. It adopts mechanisms for the peaceful transfer of power among various political forces, creates an
atmosphere of freedom and political participation, and possesses the ability to mobilize the energies of the nation and effectively utilize its resources.
