Main Article Content
Abstract
This study analyzed the factor structure of one of the most common tools used to assess conflict management, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict scale, which measures five styles of handling interpersonal conflict. A sample of 157 individuals completed an adapted version of the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict scale that used a five alternatives Likert scale. The results indicate that the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict management scale among the ONID company has a five factors structure represented in: competition, collaboration, compromise, Avoidance, and Accommodation.
